INGREDIENTS300g butter or margarine
150g caster sugar 300g self-raising flour 3 tablespoons cocoa poder METHOD1.Preheat the oven to 180c.
2.Put baking paper in a tray. 3.Cream butter and suger together until light and fluffy,stir in flour and cocoa powder.roll into small balls. 4.Cook for 10-15 minutes 5.Let cool for about 5 minutes |

2 Tablespoons golden syrup 1 teaspoons baking soda METHOD1.Put sugar and golden syrup into a saucepan.
2.Heat gently,stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. 3.Increase the heat and bring to the boil. Boil for two minutes.Stir every 30 seconds. 4.Remove from heat and add baking soda. Stir quickly until mixture froths up rapidly. 5.Pour onto a tray with baking paper on it. 6.After Hokey Pokey is hard store in a air sight container. |
